Senior Researcher (HPCSA registration required)
The Product and Research team take responsibility to ensure that the assessments we distribute are appropriate for use in Africa. We further also develop assessments locally and we pride ourselves in the rigour deployed in our approach to research. This position will be involved in all phases of research from data collection, data analyses and client reporting and content creation.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in quantitative research analysis
Required Skills
- Comfortable using R (or SPSS)
- Able to write up and review technical manuals
- Publish articles in peer review journals
- Presentation skills (conference presentations)
- Conduct client research projects and present on research findings
- Development of psychometric assessments
- Power BI skills would be seen as advantageous
