Key tasks
- Be the main contact person for all client related assessment requests
- Management of the candidate assessment process i.e. contacting candidates, scheduling assessments and ensuring candidate completion within SLA timeframes
- Utilise in-house integrated system and various other online platforms to launch candidate assessments
- Update and maintain system databases to ensure data integrity and confidentiality
- Adhere to all internal and external SOP’s and SLA requirements.
- Actively engage with all stakeholders (clients/candidates/team members) in a professional manner

Educational requirements
- Matric with tertiary education
- Assessment Coordination in a Consulting environment will be advantageous
- 3 - 5 years working experience
- Preference will be given to EE candidates
Functional skills
- MS 365 Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- MS Teams
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
