Key tasks

  • Be the main contact person for all client related assessment requests
  • Management of the candidate assessment process i.e. contacting candidates, scheduling assessments and ensuring candidate completion within SLA timeframes 
  • Utilise in-house integrated system and various other online platforms to launch candidate assessments
  • Update and maintain system databases to ensure data integrity and confidentiality
  • Adhere to all internal and external SOP’s and SLA requirements. 
  • Actively engage with all stakeholders (clients/candidates/team members) in a professional manner

Educational requirements

  • Matric with tertiary education
  • Assessment Coordination in a Consulting environment will be advantageous
  • 3 - 5 years working experience 
  • Preference will be given to EE candidates 

Functional skills

  • MS 365 Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • MS Teams
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
