Key Tasks
- Deliver client related assessment services (i.e. assessment administration, report writing, feedback, workshops, and presentations)
- Be an active and communicative team member
- Maintain and update relevant systems and data base information
- Adherence to HPCSA best practice guidelines and standard operating procedures
- Regular client / candidate engagement
Educational requirements, skills and experience
- HPCSA Registered I/O Psychologist or Psychometrist with at least 3 years working experience in a consulting environment
- Accreditation required: JVR (Hogan. EQ-i 2.0), OPQ, CPP
- MS 365 Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- MS Teams
